But in the rare case that you do not like the ornament or gift article you purchase, we will make 100% certain that you are not stuck with something that doesn't suit your taste and desire. Our easy return policy allows you to try before you decide. If you decide not to keep an item, simply send it back for a refund.

We hope this new approach to buying an ornament makes the lifetime of ownership simple and easy, without the risks! Just some important points that our legal department requires:

  1. Every order comes with a thirty (30) days returnable period, which begins on the date your article\ornament\item, is received by you or the consignee. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us by mail on customerservice@blingelement.com, as soon as you can, to get your ‘Return Authorization Number’ (R.A.N) and further instructions.
  2. Items received after 30 days, including holidays\weekends, from the day of delivery will not be accepted for processing under any conditions.
  3. Items must be returned in the same condition as when new and sent by blingelement.com, the package must include all original packing materials and paperwork, invoice, certificates, and everything else that came with the parcel. If an item is found missing, the appropriate amount will be deducted from the refund, subject to the nature of the missing item.
  4. NOTE: Do not seal the Bling Element box with any kind of sticky-tape, you can instead wrap it with another box or bag.
  5. All our items are shipped with a security seal/tag, when you receive the item, you can inspect and wear the item to see how it looks with the seal in place, but the seal has to be removed if the item is to be used daily. Please note that returns will not be processed in case the security seal is tampered, changed, altered or removed.
  6. It is impossible for the item to have a faulty or tampered security seal/tag on arrival, because the item is not shipped without it. Hence, return of items received without the seal/tag will not be liable for a refund.
  7. These items are not refundable: Engraved items, on request custom made items, writing instruments, fragrances.
  8. Please insure your items for their full value by whichever means you send them back to us. Uninsured items will not be accepted for refunds. If you need help in sending the items back to us, contact us at customerservice@blingelement.com
  9. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of the item, while in transit.
  10. We reserve the right to hold and/or not process any refund containing information that is incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, unverifiable or fraudulent.

Questions asked by our shoppers:

Q: "How do I send my items back to you?"

You can send your items back to us via Indian Post’s Speed Post, or by the private courier company Blue Dart. Also, do request a ‘return-receipt of confirmation’ from the above senders, so that you will know when your shipment has reached us.

Q: "What precautions should I take while sending?"

Ensure that all material has been put back inside the original box, and it is properly closed, do not seal it with any tape, instead you can put the entire Bling Element box inside another bag or box. Do not put our name or any type of description as to the contents on the outside of the package. If you do this, you will only encourage theft.

Q: "How many days will it take for the refund?"

A refund processing generally takes around 5-7 days after we have inspected the item. Refunds will mostly be made using the mode of payment used when the purchase was made. If the refund is made to your credit card account, please allow a credit card’s cycle (generally a month) for the refund amount to appear in your account.

Q: "What if an item is already scratched or damaged?"

You have to do 2 things in such a rare case, immediately notify the delivery man of the clear mishandling, if that is not possible, immediately notify us on mail or our telephone numbers, and we will give you further instructions.

Order cancellation

Items are subject to cancellation only in the following cases:

  • Custom orders can only be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order. Cancellations after 2 days of ordering will be done, but a small fee will be applicable in such a case. The fee is subject to the manufacturing stage in which the order will be in.
  • Although we make every effort to publish accurate pricing and product information, errors might occur. If an error in pricing, payment, etc. is found, we will notify you prior to processing your order. If we cannot contact you, we will place your order on hold pending approval. After contacting you, if you do not approve of the changes, and your payment has already been processed, we will refund 100% of the amount charged, without any deductions. Still, do accept our apologies in case of any errors.
